Blue Wins $10K Shootout… Then Controversy Strikes at T-Town!

It was a weekend full of highs and chaos at Tulsa Raceway Park! In this episode, we take Blue, our 5,000-horsepower ProMod, to the Double Down at T-Town, the final race of the Midwest Drag Racing Series season. Things didn’t start easy—our first few passes were a struggle thanks to defective slicks that threw off the setup. But once we got Blue figured out, we entered the Ronnie Hobbs Memorial $10,000 Shootout, held during qualifying… and took the win! With momentum on our side, we moved into the main Double Down race, qualifying #4 and taking a first-round win. But in Round 2, things went sideways—Blue wouldn’t run right, so we shut it off after the burnout and tried to restart. Before we could, the starter sent the other car on a solo pass, thinking we were broke. The call stirred up plenty of controversy to close out the season.
