Utah prosecutors were back in court Tuesday, laying out their case against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative icon Charlie Kirk. At stake this week is whether there is enough evidence to send Robinson to trial. Day two of this preliminary hearing centered heavily on digital evidence and critical forensic files. New surveillance videos were shown in court as prosecutors attempted to trace the suspect’s exact path on campus, while the defense worked to poke holes in the state’s evidence regarding how Robinson was identified. Kirk's family arrived at the Provo courthouse for day two of Robinson’s preliminary hearing. The high-stakes hearing is set to go all week and will decide if the case goes to trial.
