Espectáculo donde se presenta el fandango de Campeche y Veracruz marcado por sus raíces africanas y españolas que se distinguen por su clamor festivo y el huapango hidalguense que expresa con maestría através de la música, el verso y su danza cadenciosa. A cargo del Ballet Folklórico Magisterial Nuevo León, Sección 21, dirigido por el Mtro. Jaime Guerrero Hernández.
