What Do Eclipse Hops taste like? SMaSH Beer Experiment - Brew Dudes

This week we bring you ECLIPSE Hops in our ongoing SMASH beer series. This hop was very much a citrus driven experience. The citrus leaned more towards lime and tangerine but lacked the sweet citrus notes of say an orange. We detected some pith and resin in the finish. Overall this was a pretty interesting hop that could stand on its own in a SMASH beer or in a slightly more interesting American Pale Ale style grist.
