Reşat and Zeynep work at Süheyla and Orhan's mansion. Because Süheyla can't conceive, Orhan decides to divorce her. Meanwhile, Zeynep is pregnant and needs surgery to ensure her child's survival. However, Zeynep and Reşat can't afford the surgery. So Reşat offers to give up their unborn child to Süheyla for adoption. Orhan explains that he won't be understood because he's going on a long business trip. Süheyla accepts this offer to save her marriage.
