Staghorn Sumac Seeds and Busting Myths
Good day everyone and welcome. Today I am going to see if you can plant Staghorn Sumac berries in order to grow plants. There are so many myths and misunderstandings about this amazing medicinal plant. It definitely is not poisonous unless you are actually allergic to it. It is such a beautiful small tree and when the berries are fully ripe it is stunning. The berries are a great source of antioxidants and vitamin C. It has been used to treat colds, fever, infections, scurvy and in Middle Eastern cuisine. Staghorn Sumac can also be substituted for usage of vinegar and lemon juice in some recipes. Thank you for coming along on this adventure, and hope you have a blessed day. Blessings, Teresa Please donate if you can so I can build more raised beds for vegetables and medicinal herbs. https://ko-fi.com/oldwaysgardeningand...
