A large squid, stuffed with shrimps and groats, was grilled on the spinning grilling grate of our amber.q A charcoal grill. The result was fantastic and this unique grilling way really paid off! The excuse for this recipe was this amazing squid, gifted to us by our friend and professional fisherman George Boukis. We promised him we’ll grill it in a unique way on our bbq, and this is how it resulted.
