Tools and Experiences of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship from the University On April 15, as part of MetaRed X's commitment to strengthening entrepreneurship ecosystems in Ibero-American higher education institutions, collaboration and shared learning are positioned as fundamental pillars for generating real impact. MetaRed X acts as a dynamic network that connects universities, promotes knowledge transfer, and fosters continuous improvement through collaborative work. In this vein, the MetaRed X Training and Capacity Building Working Group is promoting the webinar "Professionalizing a Mentor Network: Tools and Experiences from the University," designed as a space to showcase, share, and enrich mentoring practices within the network. This event reflects the spirit of MetaRed X: building community through collective experience and empowering its members. As a result of this collaborative effort, the MetaRed X Mentoring Toolkit will be presented. This comprehensive tool was developed, translated, and adapted by the network itself to meet the needs of the Ibero-American context. This resource aims to professionalize the management of mentor networks, strengthening relationships between coordinators, mentors, and entrepreneurs, and enhancing the quality of university programs. Through an international roundtable discussion, representatives from various universities within the network will share their lessons learned, challenges, and success stories, reinforcing the value of MetaRed X as a network for connection and mutual growth. Finally, this webinar is conceived as a strategic step toward a larger goal: the creation of an international network of MetaRed X mentors. This network will facilitate the sharing of talent and knowledge across Ibero-America, expanding mentoring opportunities and generating an even more significant impact on university entrepreneurs.
