ONE DAY IN COPENHAGEN: EXTREME DAY TRIP

Spend the day with us in Copenhagen! 🇩🇰 Flying from Edinburgh at 7.50am and flying back at 23:20 gave us around 8 hours to explore this gorgeous city. Worth the tiredness to visit a new country in one day! Tips and recommendations: • Train or metro from airport to centre costs around £3 and takes 15/20 mins. Purchase a ticket before you get on from the machines or download the DSB app • Nyhavn for the gorgeous colourful houses, canal boat tours, lots of reasonably priced food and drink options along the water which is the perfect sun trap 🌞 • Tivoli gardens for a mix of activities - outdoor theatre shows, amusement park, aquarium, lots of food and drink options and gardens, could spend the day there • Buka for pastries 🥐 • Smørrebrød (pronounced smur-broht) - open sandwich with rye bread and various toppings Absolutely recommend Copenhagen for an extreme day trip from the UK if you can get decent flight times there and back.
