முட்டைகோஸ் முட்டை பொரியல் | Muttaikose muttai poriyal | cabbage egg fry in tamil Hi friends ! welcome to Chennai Samayalagam CS#8 In this video we are going to see how to make Muttaikose muttai poriyal (cabbage egg fry in tamil) Ingredients : refined oil – 3 tsp, onion - 5 nos (medium sized), cabbage – ¼ kg, cumin seeds – little amount, chilli powder – ½ tsp, coriander powder – ½ tsp, pepper powder – ¼ tsp, turmeric powder – ¼ tsp, egg – 5 nos, salt as much as necessary and some coriander leaves Note : 1. chop cabbage & onions as shown in the video 2. We are making this cabbage egg fry for 4 to 5 persons switch on the stove - heat the vessel for few seconds then pour oil to it – add cumin seeds and let it be for few seconds – add chopped onions, cabbage and some salt - sauté for 5-8 mins until it gets cooked – now add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder and sauté for 30 secs – break the eggs and add to the content – now stir this content once in 5 secs and repeat until it gets completely cooked – add necessary salt and sauté - switch off the stove – now the cabbage egg fry is ready to serve - garnish with some coriander leaves Try this tasty cabbage egg fry Enjoy... #muttaikoseporiyal #cabbagerecipe #chennaisamayalagam ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chennai Samayalagam is all about cooking.
