Quieting a Loud Brain on the V-Strom 1050DE | Southeast PA Detours

An improvised ride through the beautiful farmlands of Southeast Pennsylvania. My work day got rained out, but the weather cleared into an absolutely beautiful Monday. I hit the road with a specific route planned out in my head, but reality had other ideas—constant road work, construction detours, and closed roads forced me to completely improvise where I was going. Turns out, letting go of the plan and letting the road take over was exactly what I needed. For an ADHD or neurodivergent brain that's always running a million miles an hour, getting on the bike is the ultimate way to quiet the noise and just exist in the flow state (extraverted sensing). This is a raw, unedited look at finding serendipity when nothing goes according to script, riding through the SE Pennsylvania countryside, and clearing the mental cache. The Soundtrack in My Head Today: • Kurt Vile • Jack White • Joy Division — Ian Curtis (Heart) Flawed, human, and exactly as it happened.
