FMS FCX18 LC80 karoo run

A very short run in the Karoo. Not without it's problems but we endured. I ended up with very limited content but wanted to share the beauty of the Karoo especially after the rain we had. The problem: I made a crucial mistake of storing the vehicle in a toolbox on plastic stand and due to the fact that the dirt road had some ditches and bumps the bouncing snapped one of my links clean at the center connection. The solution: I had some tools with me so ended up connecting the connector and link with a brass wheel extension and Loctite. Then to ensure it didn't pull out I used a few cable ties to tie the front diff to the back chassis to at least get some video footage . It wasn't perfect because the nut pushed against the chassis but worked temporary. I also used my cheap tyres and aluminium wheels to keep the weight and strain lower on the links.
