Joyo American Sound compared to Paul Davids Matchless DC30

After hearing Paul Davids Matchless DC30 tone I wondered if I could get close using a recently acquired Joyo American Sound Pedal. Though supposedly the DC30 is based on a Vox I think it is more fenderish in sound anyway. The Joyo pedal lives up to hype of others that have reviewed it and is great for silent home playing and recording. I use it with my pedal board after my other overdrive pedals but before the delay and reverb, then go through an active DI and into the Steinberg UR44. No post processing used.
