Human impudence knows no bounds, and in this video I want to tell the story of how, dare I say it, scammers deprived two of our clients of their land plots. Upon arriving at their plots, our clients discovered a newly erected fence in their stead, all the trees cut down, the plots leveled, and any fencing that could have identified the actual location of the plots destroyed. When they questioned the new owners about how this had happened and why they had erected a fence on our plots, they said they were now our plots and that they still needed to prove that they had previously owned a plot there. What a story! Another land dispute. So, let's start from the beginning. Last week, two landowners contacted us with a request to survey their plots, warning us in advance that someone had occupied their plots, cut down all the trees, delineated the plots, and installed a new fence made of corrugated iron. I wouldn't say I encounter such cases every day, but it happens once every month or two. They explained that these cases aren't resolved by surveying alone, and the first thing to do is measure the land plot, and then proceed accordingly. They responded that they had already consulted with a lawyer, who told them the same thing. I went to the site, but unfortunately, I didn't capture enough footage, as I decided to film the situation after I had already left the property.
