Napa Gold oil filter 1334 is the same thing as microgard select MSL51334. Napa gold Is not wix.

I recently went to all of the local parts stores. AutoZone O'Reilly's and Napa to buy house brand oil filters for my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T. I found the microgard select MSL 51334 at O'Reilly's. then I went over to Napa and got the Napa Gold 1334 filter. when I looked at the microgard select I noticed something that I've never seen on any of the other filters that I bought but it had a silicone o-ring and I got it for $10. when I was at Napa and I found the gold filter, I opened the box and took it out and I saw something very similar and I thought wow! the Napa gold filters the same as the microgard select from O'Reilly's so I bought it. it was 13 bucks. then when I was in the car I compared both of them to each other. and what do you know? it was the same exact oil filter. Upon further research I found out that wix is no longer manufacturing the Napa oil filters and they got bought out by mann Hummel and that's when Napa decided to go with another manufacturer which is premium guard. so premium guard manufactures the O'Reilly's microgard select extended life and they also manufacture the Napa Gold filter.
