Simple Mushroom Log Set Up - Lion's Mane
There are many ways to set up mushroom logs on your property. We chose the half-buried-log method, but plant to experiment with other methods in the future. This is our first attempt, and it was very simple to do. We used Lion's Mane Mushroom plugs, because we love the seafood flavor they have, and also their neurological benefits. Lion's Mane Mushrooms are reported to improve memory and morale - both of which we have personally experienced when eating them. Follow us on Social Media!
