Captação de água de chuva - Sistema automático!

Some level sensors, a water pump, PVC pipes, and a simple contactor system were used to automate rainwater harvesting! This rainwater harvesting automation system is low-cost and was assembled at ICOS, using their own products. For more information about this system and the sensors used, visit the ICOS website: http://www.icos.com.br How do I harvest rainwater? The ICOS website has several schematics and assembly diagrams using level sensors for various applications. It's worth visiting the page to get ideas on how to automate your rainwater harvesting system! https://www.icos.com.br/FolhetosTecni... Some of the materials used in this video were: a water storage tank at ground level a water tank on the roof PVC pipes for connecting the containers and inserting the sensors a water pump a control system with a contactor level sensors: https://www.icos.com.br/Sensores-De-N... other lower-value components such as hydraulic and electrical connections. This system is simple and reliable, with excellent repeatability. When it rains, water collected from the roof flows down to the water tank. When the tank reaches the maximum level defined by the level sensor at the top, the pump turns on and sends water to the upper reservoir. When the water level reaches the minimum level in the tank, pumping stops. There is another level sensor in the water tank, and when the maximum level is reached, the pump also turns off. If the tank and the cylinder are full, the excess water exits the cylinder through the overflow valve installed above the maximum level sensor. This ensures that after a rainstorm, both the water tank and the cylinder will be filled to their maximum capacity. It operates simply and requires no maintenance or monitoring once installed. This type of level sensor has other applications, such as: fuel levels in tanks oil and lubricant levels aquarium water levels, both low and high water levels in swimming pools, bathtubs, and reservoirs in general level sensors for chemicals cisterns silos starting tanks for various vehicles (ICOS has a specific model for this application) rainwater harvesting in condominiums rainwater reuse in industrial or residential areas This is a level sensor with a float mounted horizontally. You can see more details about this level sensor in this video:    • Sensor de nível para líquidos   There's also a vertical level sensor (with a rod), details of which can be seen in this video:    • Sensor de nível vertical! Como funciona?   This level sensor uses the magnetic effect of a small magnet inside the float, which activates a reed switch inside the sensor. This is how it works. We also have a video about reed switches, which you can watch at the link below:    • Reed switch - O que é?   - Mundo da Elétrica is an electricity channel with quality videos for you to learn on your phone, tablet, or on your living room TV.
