Ontdek Zweden met de camper: van Åmål naar Mariestad en meer…

We discover the town of Åmål, on Lake Vänern. Åmål has been hit by a major city fire a few times in the past, but fortunately the atmosphere of the old town has been preserved to some extent. We get a private tour of the museum, which is not actually open yet, and we discover a very special telephone booth. After our stay in Åmål we continue our route around the lake and after an overnight stay at Karlstad we arrive at an enormous sculpture by Pablo Picasso, one of the largest in the world. Then we drive on to Mariestad, on the east side of the lake.
