In this episode, I interview my former LinkedIn coworker and recent Harvard Business School grad, Emily Carrolo. We worked together on different teams, but at the same company for 3 years. We discuss if it is okay to cry at work: where to cry, does crying diminish your power in the workplace, and is it safe to cry?
