The Story of Sonic Rush

One of my personal favorites. It's unfortunate that these Sonic games often get glossed over because they're "just" handhelds games. Especially when I'd argue that they are overall quite a bit better than most console Sonic games. I may have gotten a little too personal there. But I felt it added to my analysis as I can understand Blaze's struggle in this story a little better than most. If you want to see a fantastic story that tackles this kind of topic with much more nuance, I highly recommend the series My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU. That series connected with me on a very deep level, and was actually very important in helping me start to heal. Hope you liked my little bit of diving into Sonic's character here.
