This project focuses on the fishing and personalities of PSC's official crew members. Our third guest is Hirotaka Kato, a resident of Akita Prefecture who calls the Akita Canal and Omono River home. He went fishing in the summer in Akita with PSC representative Yuki Ohno. Kato heads out to the field every day except during the sea bass off-season, and has caught four sea bass over a meter so far. We get a glimpse into his fishing and his true personality.
