But it also represents a wonderful opportunity to experience first-hand the innovations of an era and to realize how far ahead, at least in some respects, the cars of the past were compared to contemporary ones. In the case of the 33 we came across a real Alfa Romeo, perhaps not as noble as the rear-wheel drive "Alfanord" produced in Arese, but still full of innovations and with a carbureted boxer engine moving for its temperament and power delivery. A car from the early 90s that used a platform developed thirty years earlier - demonstrating a longevity impossible to even imagine today - capable of providing a habitability worthy of a higher segment sedan, without being longer than a MiTo. This video is a small tribute to the history of this car that is experiencing a second youth, after being, at least partially, rehabilitated by enthusiasts and Alfisti, as evidenced by the prices in net growth compared to a few years ago.
