Polk County, FL Sheriff Grady Judd gives an update after an early morning deputy-involved shooting leads to the death of a suspect. Sheriff Judd says the 37-year-old suspect was the passenger in the vehicle and was forcing the driver to flee from law enforcement. Judd added his deputies were not involved with the pursuit and arrived on the scene after a standoff began with the suspect.
