Flair Pro 3 Review - Really, no more preheating??

In this video, we test and review the Flair Pro 3 - a well-built manual espresso machine, that requires only hot water. It is marketed as having a "no pre-heat" chamber, but I find that the only way to get tasty shots out of this machine is to pre-heat thoroughly. In this video, I show you how I do that.
