They go in depth showing our viewers how the telemetry from the include Spektrum Avian Smart 100 Amp ESC and AR637TA receiver displays on a Spektrum Smart compatible transmitter. Giving you real time, in flight telemetry data, such as Motor Current, RPM, Battery Charge Level, Input Voltage, Cell Balance, Battery Cycles, and more! Follow along to learn how you can utilize all this data easily and directly to nearly all Gen2 and iX transmitters. -Some quick notes - No this was not filmed in an oven, the installed ESC had non-production firmware installed causing the FET Temp to be incorrect. :) Yes we realize that leaving the prop on while running up the motor can be dangerous, this was done so that the Current meter would display. Please keep in mind that this demonstration was performed in a controlled environment by professionals. It is always recommended to remove props while performing initial setup and testing. To get these telemetry features you must update your Spektrum Gen2 transmitter to the latest firmware. Currently v2.04 at the time this video was posted. iX transmitters should also be updated, this is simply done over Wifi using the Google Play Store App. MANY questions are answered in the video BUT if there are any questions or comments, feel free to comment below!
