"Quadriplegic, I got back up" Tifany Huot-Marchand, guest on "On Refait Le Sport" on RTL with Jean-Michel Rascol: she publishes "Avec toute mon âme" (With All My Soul) with En Exergue On October 9, 2022, while participating in a short-track competition in the Netherlands, Tifany Huot-Marchand suffered a serious fall that broke part of her neck and injured her spinal cord. Conscious on the track, she was already losing feeling in her limbs. Operated on a few hours later, the surgeon's prognosis was implacable: quadriplegic. Even though specialists believed there was a possibility of improvement, they couldn't imagine her walking again. Yet on Saturday, August 10, 2024, among 35,000 other runners, Tifany would complete the 42-kilometer marathon at the Paris Olympic Games. How could she have done this?
