Tamiya 1/10 RC Toyota Tundra High Lift complete kit, Part 4 Paint and body Time lapse

Part 4 of 5 for the Tundra high lift build. All the work for the body, trim and final assembly of the kit from the box Due to the weather we had In Queensland at the time of recording this the paint was redone about 5 times due to the rain and humidity, at the time i was using Vallejo gun metal spray which went down flawlessly, but as soon as I tried the Vallejo gloss clear (which I had tested previously with success) it all went a bit pear shaped and either left streaks and blobs or didnt dry completely and was tacky for weeks. In the end I stripped it all back using oven cleaner and Tamiya paint stripper which I highly recommend, I made the switch to an Australian brand of paint SMS paints and in the end im glad I made that choice.
