How to Create an Instructional Design Document

#eLearning #InstructionalDesign When you're in the initial stages of designing a training solution, it's important that you're on the same page with your stakeholders and subject matter experts about what you're going to create before you start creating it. One way to do this is by drafting an instructional design document to outline the topics that will be covered in the training, the audience who will receive the training, the learning objectives that will be accomplished through the training, the modalities used to deliver the training, and the measurements that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
