In this video, we assemble her, paint the face, make the hair, and sew the dress! After looking at the face sculpt and seeing as this is a very old doll, I was inspired to make a 1930's style character based on The Little Rascals show from the 1920's-40's. As fun as it was to customize a porcelain doll, I don't think I will be doing any anymore as they are pretty difficult to work with compared to modern fashion dolls, but I was very proud of how she turned out!
