Valve (PC) vs Sony: Discontinuation of physical Media.
Couple of things I may not have mentioned. 1. GameStop no longer sells Steam (or other PC) games as far as I'm aware 2. I like physical games. I keep forgetting what kinda games I've been playing when I get distracted with a new one and my library is so large. I will literally see a game and go oh yeah I forgot I even own that let alone beat that game yet. 3. most games are just basically key cards anyways even on Xbox and PlayStation. You don't actually have the game data on the disc and even if you do have game data on the disk you still need the day one patch to make the game even remotely playable. There's still probably going to be lots of bugs and room for optimization but that patch is pretty much required to play the game.
