Champion Tier XI Reward British Heavy Tank - In the late 1940s, a trend emerged toward creating tanks equipped with loading mechanisms. The most famous examples were the oscillating turrets developed by French tank designers. The British military tried to keep up, developing their own designs for turrets with mechanized loading. One such project was the Champion heavy tank, which featured increased mobility thanks to a Parsons gas turbine engine. The turret crew was located at its base, while the gun mount was oscillating, while the rear bustle, which housed two mechanized racks for first-priority ammunition, remained fixed.
