Building a house in Vientiane Laos for $35,000 cash. The cost is approximately 1/2 want it would take if you need it completed in 6- months or less and use a building contractor, or if you have to purchase the land. The land was a gift from our family. The build is now 2-years and counting, using a local builder who was willing to build as time and money was available is how we could build with cash on a pay as you go basis. Of course if you have cash out upfront and want the house completed right away a contract can be made and the total cost will be figured. It's a working in progress we are doing a lot of sweat equity now the structures of dried in pled so 90% of the work being done. I can do painting landscaping etc.. Enjoy the video.
