The Old Guard: Fife and Drum Corps perform in Lexington, Patriot's Day 2018

Taking place after the infantrymen of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) displayed American drill from the 18th Century, the Regiment's world-renowned Fife and Drum Corps performed for the crowds. While the infantry display was largely historical, this performance was a modern one, closer to the modern Beating Retreat in the UK than to the actual battlefield movements and formations of bandsmen during the 18th Century. - - - - This video was made in support of The Native Oak.
