The effects of this system are clearly visible in Kleinbasel: strong learners encounter students with educational difficulties. Children with diagnoses need special programs. The teachers are challenged. Sandra Maître, Markus Harzenmoser, and Corina Büsch are primary school teachers at the Thomas Platter and Wettstein schools. They are exhausted and doubt whether they can create a school for everyone with the existing resources.
