I wanted to find a nice shape that preserves its delicate and very discreet taste ... while keeping its crunch .... That's how I imagined to pie ... but a pie not dry or poor ... a pie that feeds, which is generous, which is good and visually recalls the season BINGO! I did the QUICHE at the PÂTISSON :-D Then, showing what I was going to cook for the evening, the answer to the house was not long before "What you're going to cook a pokemon ??? we'll eat Balignon" ...
