The home was meticulously designed and constructed with a focus on durability, featuring solid concrete foundations, full brick construction, and concrete floors, ensuring longevity for generations to come. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a grand 6.5m double-ceiling foyer leading to an array of impressive living spaces. A majestic grand entrance hallway showcases solid herringbone spotted gum flooring, guiding visitors to the heart of the home where a bespoke kitchen with a full butler’s pantry, a 200-bottle wine cellar, large dining area, and an oversized living area adjoining a courtyard. Outside, an expansive entertaining terrace includes an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, and a covered alfresco zone overlooking a luxurious pool and spa, creating an ideal setting for leisure and social gatherings.
