Lia's family has informed us that she passed away last summer and had FaceTimed with Claude on her deathbed. We wish her family strength and love 🤍 Lia and Claude met, but shortly afterward, Claude was sent away. The farewell was painful and sad for both of them. Lia decided to follow him to Africa, where she stayed with him for a while. There, she felt free, both in mind and body, and was accepted as a woman just the way she was. Yet, life there proved unsustainable; her existence lay in the Netherlands. Once again, they had to say goodbye. Now, 25 years later, Lia and Claude finally see each other again and can embrace once more.
