Most athletes' stories begin in childhood. Years spent chasing a dream. Years spent building towards a moment. Caitlin's story is different. She didn't discover running until later in life, but in a remarkably short space of time she rose to become one of the world's best ultra runners. After a race-defining injury at Western States, we spent time with Caitlin as she navigated recovery, the pressure of expectation, and the challenge of rebuilding herself for what comes next.
