The End of Spell Cycling?

The work in progress balance changes got released and it announced something no one expected. Pretty much all spells got a crown tower damage nerf. That would change the spell cycling game dramastically. I actually find that a interesting change and am excited for the finale balance changes. Subscribe for a High Five!
