I made crispy rice paper seaweed rolls that were much easier to make than I expected, a comforting bowl of soondubu jjigae (soft tofu stew) that I'm finally starting to get right, and kongnamul-bap (bean sprout rice), one of my favourite comfort foods when I want something light yet satisfying.
