Our Home Movie from Kenya

This isn’t a highly edited travel film. It’s simply the moments I captured throughout the trip for our memories — and for anyone who wants to experience a little of what we did. My mum had always dreamed of going to Africa and seeing elephants in the wild. It was a bucket-list trip for her, for me, and something incredibly special to share with my daughter, who got to see the real-life Lion King unfold right in front of her eyes. If you’re considering doing a safari at any point, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Coral Tree Travel enough. They organised every single part of the trip — flights, transfers, itinerary design, planning and logistics - and everything was flawless from start to finish. 👉🏻 Organised and planned by: https://www.coraltreetravel.com/ If you’re considering where to stay, I couldn’t recommend El Karama Lodge enough. With only a handful of guests staying at any one time across tens of thousands of private acres, it genuinely felt like you had the place to yourself. The food was incredible, much of it grown and prepared on site, and every single member of staff went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. 👉🏻 Private safari hosts (perfect for couples and families): https://www.elkaramalodge.com/ After the safari, we finished the trip at Diani Beach which was the perfect way to round everything off. 👉🏻 Beach stay: https://www.nomad-beach-resort.com/
