And then insert the leaf stem into the growing medium, then water it thoroughly. Keep it in shady and bright light place and also keep the soil lightly moist and avoid getting the leaves wet, as they are susceptible to rot. Water the plants, use room temperature & fresh water. After 4 to 8 weeks we can see the new leaves and plants appear at the base of the leaf stem. Then we can re-pot the plants.
