1990 You Can't Do That On Television 'Inventions' Series Finale Full Episode Nickelodeon WOC

In the series finale, the kids learn they're about to be fired and replaced by robots. In a rare example of one of the kids playing a character other than himself/herself for an entire episode, Christian appears as "Alpha-Alpha" the robot. Christian (in character as Alpha-Alpha) receives the final bucket of water and the final sliming of the show's run, although Jennifer's sliming from this episode was actually the last to be shot, and features all of the remaining slime at the studio. This was also one of the rare times in television where a show's cast and producer's knew they would not be coming back, allowing them to make several in-jokes and references to this being the final show of the series, despite it not being a proper "finale".
