If Banette was a Legendary Pokemon [Fanmade Halloween Special]

Barely made it! During the middle of today I was thinking "Aw shucks! It's Halloween! I have to do something for this asdfghjkl;" So I did this Banette theme. It was a fun process to get the opening how I liked it, and I really enjoyed using the Organ and Violin in here. Also liked the sort of off key notes, to make it somewhat spooky (otherworldly might be a better term, based on opinion).
