Part 1. How to Make a Waldorf Doll Head | Journey of a Starchild In this video we create the doll's head using wool, stockinette, needle and thread. It's important that we create a very firm inner dolls head, but we also add a soft layer of wool on top, that allows us to give a more human feel as well as give us enough wool to create a sturdy spine for our dolls. In the next video I will show you how I cover the doll head in skin fabric. This video is perfect for beginners and experienced makers who want clear, stitch-by-stitch guidance on Waldorf doll head construction. This video is part 1 of a 10-part Waldorf doll making course.
