Mehano TGV set T871 - Part Deux - Quality Control Issues

Part Two details some more problems encountered. Excess flash on the powered wheelset axles and the motor cutting out under load randomly using the Mehano speed control which detects overload problems and cuts out. The motor is no longer a Mabuchi FK-280SA but a cheaper Chinese copy. I have ordered a better replacement. It was unusable straight from the box - misaligned central bogie and other issues mostly relating to the quality of the bogie mouldings.
