■What is the Office Agent? Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) functions are now agentized. The Office Agent is an AI function that operates on Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and can generate Word documents and PowerPoint presentations using only natural language instructions. It shifts from the traditional Copilot-based prompt/response suggestion model to an execution-type agent that handles tasks from file creation to editing. It includes research capabilities, including web surveys, allowing for the creation of high-quality business documents while automatically collecting the latest information. ■About the Demo Video Overview In addition to the free Copilot Chat and Copilot Pages, we will demonstrate how much material for a manager's meeting can be created from a single CSV file using the Excel/PowerPoint/Word Agent. Use Case This scenario assumes a newly appointed manager who wants to quickly prepare a quarterly business report for their first manager's meeting. (Please adapt this as needed, for example, a new employee wants to report to their supervisor, or someone has just transferred to another department and needs to compile documents.) Anticipated Problem: You have the necessary CSV files. However, you don't know how to organize the information for the department head meeting, specifically: ① What is happening, and ② What decisions need to be made.
