For the rice pie dough, put 3 dl of wheat flour and 1.5 dl of cold water, a drizzle of cooking oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl. If the dough seems too much after mixing, you can carefully add water. If it is too loose, add more wheat flour. If you want to make the egg butter or the rice hasn't had time to cool yet, put the dough in a plastic bag so it won't dry out. 4. Roll out the dough into a thin disk, in the video the dough was about a half centimeter. Do as you like, depending on how many big and thin rice cakes you want. Use a circular mold or glass to make circles of the dough. Roll out the circle into an oval, in the middle of which you put the rice porridge. Crimp the edges and place the finished pies on a baking sheet. 5. Bake at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the surface begins to color. If desired, you can spread the finished rice pie with butter after taking it out of the oven. Cognac mustard 1.5 dl mustard powder 2.5 dl of sugar 2 dl whipped cream 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of cognac 1. Mix mustard powder, sugar, whipped cream and 1 egg in a saucepan. 2. Heat and stir all the time, the mixture does not burn to the bottom. After boiling it is a little thicker, remove the pot from the heat and add 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons of cognac to the mustard. 3. Put it in a can and let it set in the fridge for a day. Potato salad potato ham eggs peas (canned) corn (canned) mayonnaise salt pepper 1. Boil potatoes and eggs. 2.
