We're lost in the woods. Where's the right road to the emerald pools? In Friuli Venezia Giulia by camper, today we want to reach the emerald pools of the Meduna River. We leave the camper stop and take the marked trail. We hike uphill for a while, but then we get lost due to the lack of signage. Thinking we'd taken the wrong turn, we turn back, but we were on the right path. After walking through the woods for several minutes, we thought we were lost, but then we found the right path and arrived at the wonderful emerald pools.
