Between battling sickness and dealing with a nagging knee injury, I still pushed through the workouts in the original Tony Horton P90X program. This week included some of the toughest sessions in the schedule: Chest and Back, Plyometrics, Shoulders and Arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, and Kenpo X. Even while not feeling 100%, the program continues to challenge me and show why it became one of the most effective home workout programs of all time.
